Cartier Tank Américaine in 18k White Gold Ref. 1741 White Guilloché Dial
The Tank Américaine was introduced in 1989 to add a bigger Tank to the already well-established Tank collection. The watch (the largest variation of the Tank Américaine collection) is curved at the front but has a fairly flat back, which adds to its presence on the wrist.
This watch has a lovely off-white dial with the hidden Cartier signature in the VII numeral and a date function. The classic Cartier blued steel hands, including a center-seconds hand, perfectly play against the signature sapphire blue cabochon. The watch will come on the pictured Bulang and Sons leather strap, fitted with a white gold Cartier pin buckle. This Tank Américaine has an automatic movement that has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
