Cartier Tank Americaine White Gold Ref 1741 20 Year Award

A gift for two decade’s service…

This is a very special white gold Tank Americiane that was an award to a Cartier employee for 20 years’ service to the company. The special dial has Arabic numbers added – “2” at nine o’clock and “0” at three o’clock to display 20, as a reference to the long-service award nature of the piece.

The watch is curved at the front but has a fairly flat back, which adds to its presence on the wrist and the case is in excellent condition. The classic-Cartier blued steel hands, including a centre-seconds hand, perfectly play against the signature sapphire blue cabochon.
The watch will come on the pictured leather strap that is fitted with a white gold Cartier buckle. This Tank Americaine has an automatic movement that has been fully checked and regulated by our watchmaker.
