Cartier Tank Obus 18kt Yellow Gold Ref 1630

The Cartier Tank has been around for over close over a century now, with several variations including the Tank Obus. The name Obus comes from the French for ‘bullet’ and is demonstrated by the bullet-shaped lugs!

The watch houses a creamy silver dial with black Roman numerals with railroad track, blued Breguet hands and a blue stone cabochon-topped setting crown. The dial and case are both in superb condition with the dial having the secret Cartier signature in the VII numeral. The watch will come on the pictured Bulang and Sons leather strap that is fitted with a gold Cartier -ardillon pin buckle. The watch has been checked by our watchmaker who has fitted a new battery.
