We truly love vintage Rolex sports watches with gilt dialsā¦who doesnāt? The name comes from the gold-coloured text, which is actually the brass dial plate showing through the glossy finish that was printed in relief.
This gilt dial has wonderfully golden text that shines bright ā itās beautiful! All the lume is in good condition too and is a good match with the hands including the original small GMT hand. The steel case is in great condition with strong lugs and crown guards. The watch has a nice red-back insert that has aged to a matte finish.
The rivey Oyster bracelet, reference 7206, is in great condition with a clasp stamped ā1 69ā and ref 258 endlinks. The watch has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
