Rolex Datejust UAE Dial for The Armed Forces Ref 16030

The practice of giving gifts in the UAE is pertinent to watches and especially Rolex watches.

This is a great looking steel Datejust with champagne dial that features the logo of the UAE armed forces and would have been given to an officer or other important person related to the military. Interestingly, this watch has gold fittings on the dial and gold hands, a practice seen quite often in the Middle East.

The case is in good condition with strong lugs and great definition on the engine-turned bezel. The champagne dial has gold coloured applied hour makers and coronet and has matching hands. The UAE logo is in nice crisp condition. The watch is fitted with a steel Jubilee bracelet reference 62510H with 555 endlinks and a clasp stamped ‘G 5’. The quickset movement has been fully serviced by our watchmaker.
