Tudor Black Bay Chrono Dubai Edition Arabic-Indic Numerals Ref 79360N
This is a very special Tudor Black Bay Chronograph that was made with Seddiqi Sons in Dubai to celebrate 50 years of the UAE.
Tudor special editions are highly prized by collectors and none more so that these chronographs with Arabic-Indic numerals for the hours and on the sub dials. Made in a small run of only 50 pieces, this is probably the most desirable modern Tudor on the market at the momentā¦This one was a gift from the President of the UAE and comes with the original card from him!
The case and bracelet are in outstanding condition as are the dial and hands. The watch was sold in February 2023 and is essentially new. The dial is just awesome and is striking thanks to the numerals on the dial and date wheel. One of our favourite elements of this watch is the pushers, which are modeled on the original Mk0 screw down pushers ā so good!
The watch comes with its guarantee card and two booklets as well as the card stating: āWith compliments of Mohamed Bin Zayed al Nahyanā (the President of the United Arab Emirates) in an small envelope with the UAE coat of arms. The watch benefits form the remainder of Tudorās five-year warranty.
This watch is so cool, we e believe it was inspired by āThe Arabian Knight ā handwound Rolex Daytona ref 6263 the sold some years ago for over 2 million ā¦.
